Our Insight Meditation weekend retreats run from either Thursday to Sunday (3 nights) or from Wednesday to Sunday (4 nights).

This Sample Itinerary below serves as an example of what you can expect during our Men’s Insight retreats. Mindful Hiking

Combining the physical activity of adventurous hiking with presence promoting mindfulness techniques.

With each retreat there comes the potential for time in the water: swim, snorkel, cenote, springs, hot tub.

Through storytelling, complex concepts become accessible, fostering understanding and connection.
