Our Insight Meditation weekend retreats run from either Thursday to Sunday (3 nights) or from Wednesday to Sunday (4 nights).

Through storytelling, complex concepts become accessible, fostering understanding and connection.
From the meditation cushion to the drum circle we explore survival skills to strengthen self-reliance.
